CMake macro sfml_add_library fails when setting SFML_INSTALL_PKGCONFIG_FILES

Since commit e5127715e64af362e8665500285da1a2c48d71a4, adding cmake flag `-DSFML_INSTALL_PKGCONFIG_FILES=TRUE` raises errors:
