**Describe the bug** The python package getting published is shown as bandit-1.6.3-py2.py3-none-any.whl on PyPI even thought Py2 support has been dropped. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Go to https://pypi.org/project/bandit/#files 2. Notice the filename of bandit-1.6.3-py2.py3-none-any.whl **Expected behavior** Since as of 1.6.3, Bandit is Py3 only. So I would expect the produced wheel to be py3 only. **Bandit version** <!--- Paste the output from "bandit --version" between quotes below --> ``` bandit 1.6.3 python version = 3.7.2 (default, Aug 18 2019, 14:50:31) [Clang 10.0.1 (clang-1001.0.46.4)] ``` **Additional context** Details on why py2 appears in thhe filename can be found here: https://realpython.com/python-wheels/#specifying-a-universal-wheel
