Add [AddressSanitizer](https://clang.llvm.org/docs/AddressSanitizer.html) in CI. AddressSanitizer is added in https://github.com/OpenNMT/CTranslate2/pull/1903 . 

P.S. As soon as it is merged, I plan to create an PR for  [ThreadSanitizer](https://clang.llvm.org/docs/ThreadSanitizer.html)    as well.
