**Describe the bug**

After running `pip install instructor[anthropic]` , anthropic is not installed.



**To Reproduce**

1. Create a fresh virtual environment

2. `pip install instructor[anthropic]`

3. Follow example anthropic instructor usage [Announcing Anthropic Support](https://python.useinstructor.com/blog/2024/03/20/announcing-anthropic-support/)



**Expected behavior**
